Ministry?
Milestone is an event, proceeded by a period of intentional
instruction from parents, which celebrates a particular spiritual
development point in a child’s life.
Milestones
Ministry is a collaborative effort of Carmel
Edifying Ministry (Preschool, Children, Youth and Adult) and Family Life
Ministry to outfit (equip) families to map spiritual landmarks in the lives of their children intentionally so a
heritage of faith can be passed on to the next generation.
“...that this (a
stone) may be a sign among you when your children ask in time to come, saying,
“What do these stones mean to you?” (Joshua 4:6)
“....He commanded our forefathers to teach their children, so
the next generation would know them, even the children yet to be born, and they
in turn would tell their children.
