The Setup Crew is also an exciting part of the
CrossWired
Team. Members volunteer to serve by showing up prior to an event and
working to set up all technical equipment necessary. Then, once the event
is concluded, the Setup Crew works to tear down all equipment and return
the area to pre-event condition.

Setup
Each week Carmel has many different
events happening around the campus. For weekend services, mics and equipment are
setup and tested, video cameras are set out and configured, lights in the
Worship Center and Uptown Auditorium
are programmed, and any other special equipment is readied for Carmel's
four worship services on Sunday mornings. Services and events held during the
week require similar setup of mics and lighting equipment, especially in ROC for
the Youth service. If you enjoy working behind the scenes without a lot of
pressure, this could be the job for you.
