Lighting operators use their skills to enhance the worship experience during services, and to support other events of the church throughout the week requiring special lighting.  Volunteers serve on a rotational basis for weekly services in Carmel's Worship Venues.  Opportunities for service include operating lighting console, spotlights, and assisting with hang and focus.


Lighting
This position uses lighting to help create an atmosphere that is conducive to worship and to help focus attention on the pastor or speaker of an event. Lighting volunteers also assist with hang and focus, assisting the CrossWired staff with putting up lights, aiming them appropriately, and with changing gels and lamps. The ideal lighting person will be creative and have an eye for details.

Position: creates appropriate atmosphere by adjusting lighting during services and events in the Worship Center, the ROC, and in the Uptown Auditorium. .....
